Manta Rays are wild animals we cannot guarantee their presence.
If a manta ray is not seen on your tour with us you may try again on same night as your tour on a later time frame or different night or on your next visit to hawaii for FREE based upon availability an hour before each tour! :)
No refunds.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Customers will receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather, boat mechanical issues or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to inquire about a cancellation. Full refund when canceling 72 hours before the tour. No-shows will be charged the full price.
A party of six or more must cancel seven days before the tour. Tour time may be moved in the event boat capacity is not met.
Guests can also get a full refund if they cancel within the 72 hour policy if other guests to book and replace your tickets.
No Refund dispute back charges with banks / credit or debit cards, Doing so would be fraud and will be handled legally with our attorney. If you would like a refund, you must do so within our policy, which is 72 hours before the tour. If a refund is needed because we cancel the tour, we will refund it for you on our end.
Check-in time Policy Terms & Conditions:
We change the check in time on rare occasions due to boat capacity not being met, weather conditions, sunrise & sunset changes throughout the year, etc. please make sure your day is open and free within several hours of your check in time if it must be moved. You must be available to move check in time. Please keep your form of communication on cell phone available at all times throughout the day of your tour.
Boat Capacity Policy:
We need a minimum of 8 guests for the tour to operate.
It’s rare we don’t meet the capacity!
If your tour time slot doesn’t fill up, we will move you to a different time slot or day. We will contact you 30 minutes or more before the tour if not enough bookings.
TOUR DURATION & DELAY POLICY:
Up to an hour late delays on RARE situations!
Tour durations are estimates — not exact.
Delays are normal in this industry especially with this particular tour!
Delays can occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Boat traffic
- Mechanical issues
- Wildlife
- Other unforeseen circumstances
Your tour may be delayed or moved to an earlier time or later time on rare occasions, sometimes by an hour or more.
We do NOT issue refunds for delays or rescheduling.
Please do not schedule anything within 1 hour before or after your tour.

*No Riding dolphins/whales
*No Chasing dolphins/whales
*No Swimming or pursing after dolphins/whales
*No Harassing dolphins/whales
To qualify for the tour:
Age Recommendation limit 4 – 65 (if not in that range please call us)
No pregnancy
No neck, back or mental problems
Know how to swim & can tread water unassisted
You must weigh under 250lbs
